Q: Where can I get an account?
A: Visit the Beta Star contact page, and let us know you need an account! Simply fill out the form here.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders that are placed before 1:00 PM (EST) will be sent that same day, as long as inventory has not been depleted. If you have questions about our inventory levels, please call 610.273.4222.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: We accept refunds for products, though a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. The value of the return will be credited to the customer's credit card.
Q: How do I track the shipping status?
A: An email will be sent to you with the UPS tracking number. From there, you can manage shipping updates for your order. In addition, if you download the Shop app from Shopify, you can manage all of your orders and tracking numbers.
Q: Is there a minimum order (in dollar or quantity?)
A: There is no minimum quantity of parts, but there is a $100 minimum order.
Q: Is there a handling fee?
A: As with all parts orders for Beta Star, all orders under $250 will be charged a $25 handling fee that will be included in the shipping costs. A $25 discount will be applied orders over $250 to eliminate the handling fee.
